The Montgomery Center for the Arts is available to rent for your next special private event. The spacious, vaulted Main Gallery provides ample space for guests and an elegant setting for your special occasion. Be it a wedding or renewal of your vows, memorial service, birthday party, corporate luncheon or meeting, or otherwise,
the MCA is a lovely location to host your function.
The Main Gallery can accommodate up to 80 guests. For an additional fee the MCA has available approximately 30 white standard chairs, 40 folding chairs, and 4 large folding tables.

If you are interested in reserving the space, please contact us by submitting an Application For Use.
The MCA property also features a sizable, level, riverside back lawn that could be available for a wedding tent or outdoor reception. Outdoor services must be pre-approved and have a separate and/or additional use fee.
Depending on the nature of your event and at the discretion of the Board, you may be required to carry event insurance.
A license for liquor consumption is required for any events that feature a bar or the serving of alcoholic beverages. Sales of alcohol on site are prohibited.
A cleaning deposit fee of $100 is required for private events with attendance greater than 25 people.
The MCA recognizes the accessibility limitations of our old building. We are working towards planning and funding restoration renovations that address accessibility for future renovations. For the time being, if you or your patron(s) have accessibility needs please contact montgomerycenterarts@gmail.com with a description of your access request at least 24 hours prior to your visit so that we may do our best to arrange accommodations to assist your attendance. If your event requires a ramp, we can arrange to have a temporary rental installed when provided with no less than 2 weeks notice in order to reserve and arrange delivery. We want all community members to have the privilege to enjoy access to the space, and will do our best to support your needs at no added cost to the renter or patron.
